Booking Procedures
When you have a general idea of the type of tour you would like, we encourage you to contact us. We will work together to create a customized itinerary based around your interests, time allotment, and budget. Our Tour Consultants are not commissioned so there is no pressure.
Deposits & Payments
Once we have an itinerary in place, we request a deposit of 25% for mountain treks/camping safaris, 50% for lodge safaris/Zanzibar, and 100% for domestic flights. The deposit can be made via bank wire transfer or online via Pesa Pal.
Cancellations
For postponements, 100% of any recoverable payments will be applied to your new date. For cancellations, we will refund all recoverable amounts minus a $100/person service fee and transfer fees. There can be no refunds once an itinerary has started. We highly recommend travelers' insurance.
